Please advise your client that download times will vary substantially, and are based upon the

number of files being downloaded, the type of files (video or image) and the amount of available

bandwidth to the media player.

Point out location of the serial number, power button, power cord, Internet and cable connections to

the customer.

 Ensure your customer knows how to contact you should they experience any problems.
